Njenje has propelled VM Commercial Vehicles to prominence in the market.

Nikeziwe Biyela

Executive Director

A financial professional with +15 years' experience in Manufacturing Finance with leading multinational entities. Expertise includes Organisational Finance Strategy, Management Accounting, Business Process Development Improvement & implementation, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Inventory & Warehouse Management and Cash Flow optimisation and Costing.

Siyabulela Njenje

Executive Director

A highly committed goal orientated individual with excellent communication skills and more than 15 years’ experience in Project Management, also leading different business entities over the years. Siyabulela’s expertise also include Human Resource Management, certification in Cooperate Governance, while currently heading up the Sales and Marketing department for
VM Automotive as Executive Director.

John Cerff

Executive Director

A qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with more than 30 years experience in the Financial & Manufacturing sector, with a robust skill set that includes Financial Analysis, Management & Strategy, Project & Risk Management, Credit, Funding raising & structuring, Taxation, and more. Currently a Strategic Advisor, former CFO & a key member involved in successful implementation of a multi-million-rand project at VM Automotive’s Berlin Plant.

Senior Management

At VM Commercial Vehicles (VMC), our team is led by Lincoln Strydom, a veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in vehicle body manufacturing, including a significant tenure at TFM. Lincoln’s leadership is complemented by Marnus Le Roux, our Procurement Manager, who ensures seamless supply chain operations. Julie Haasbroek, our Financial Manager, brings extensive financial acumen from her background in both TFM and VM.

Together, our team boasts over 40 years of combined experience, drawing from both TFM and VM. Lincoln’s leadership provides a strong foundation, while Marnus and Julie bring diverse skills and knowledge to their respective roles. Their collective expertise ensures that VMC operates at the forefront of vehicle body manufacturing, delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
